Jason Krieser
Vice President & General Manager

As General Manager, Jason is responsible for the Allen Medical System business within Hill-Rom. He has grown the Allen division to more than double in size and revenue in the last four years. Jason joined Allen in 2003 as Director of Marketing, and expanded Allen’s surgical product focus into new segments including hip and spine. Under Krieser’s direction, Allen quickly became the #2 player in spine, and the market leader in patient positioning accessories for hip arthroscopy. His responsibilities expanded to include managing International Sales, and New Product Development. In 2006, Jason was promoted to his present role of General Manager for Allen Medical Systems, and Vice President, Hill-Rom.

Prior to joining Allen, Krieser served as a Marketing Manager at Smith & Nephew Endoscopy where he was responsible for over $150M in revenue. He managed renowned product brands including Dyonics Arthroscopic Shaver Blades, and Acufex Hand Instruments. Jason began his career at Johnson and Johnson Medical, where he excelled in various positions as New Product Development Engineer, Sales Representative, and eventually Product Director. As product director for the advanced wound care division, he launched three families of products including Nu-Gel™ and Dyna-Flex™ multi-layer compression system.

Jason graduated with his BS in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and he received his MBA at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. He served as a chemical officer in the 1-67 armored battalion in the U.S. Army. He currently resides in Massachusetts with his wife and three children.

Michael Nordling
Executive Director of OEM Business

As Exec. Director of OEM Business, Mike is responsible for all aspects of private label partnerships and OEM integration of Allen Medical products across North America. Mike has over 25 years of experience in the medical industry. Most recently Mike held the title of Executive Director of Marketing & Strategy at Allen Medical.
Prior to joining Allen Medical, Mike was the Director of Clinical and Product Marketing for Arthrosurface. A medical device startup company that grew to over $30M in global sales. Arthrosurface is the world leading innovator in treating focal cartilage defects in the middle aged and active patient population. Before that he was Marketing Manager for Smith & Nephew Endoscopy, a global leader in arthroscopy. Mike has developed strong relationships with key global surgeons and has led many significant medical device introductions into the knee and shoulder markets. Prior to Smith & Nephew, Mike has worked in the surgical environment of the operating room and as a sales representative for Biomet Orthopedics.
Mike graduated with his BS in Business Administration from Emmanuel College in Boston, MA. He currently resides in Hopkinton, MA with his wife and three daughters.

Pete Richardson
Director, International

Pete Richardson is International Director of Sales and Marketing for Allen Medical Systems, responsible for all aspects of product distribution outside of North America. These responsibilities include managing an international sales force of Allen distributors in over 50 countries via two Regional Sales Directors responsible for the Northern and Southern Hemispheres respectively. In addition he is responsible for the international Allen Amatech business, focused on building relationships with OEM business partners. Pete joined the Allen team in June 2013, following an extensive career in medical device sales management, product development and marketing.

Immediately before joining Allen, Pete served as Sales Director for Sodexo Healthcare in the UK, managing a team with responsibility for winning contracts with values in excess of £100m.  Prior to Sodexo, Pete spent 18 years with Smith & Nephew in various roles related to sales, sales management and product and strategic marketing on a global basis.

Pete lives in Rutland in the UK with his wife and two children.
